Growing up in a southwest suburb of Chicago, it was a train ride into the city with my father for a meeting with an executive of the Hilton Chicago that ignited my interest in the hotel industry. While watching the 1987 NCAA Men’s Basketball Final Four, my father’s home state Indiana Hoosiers went up against the Runnin’ Rebels of UNLV. After the University promo aired, I turned to my father and said, “I want to go there.” Two years later, I was a freshman at UNLV.

Upon graduating from UNLV with a degree in Communication Studies, I was given the amazing opportunity to kick start my career at PR Plus, a Las Vegas-based entertainment public relations firm. I worked with many casinos, venues and entertainment companies. While at PR Plus, I committed myself to community service and was placed on many of our projects with non-profits, including the ground-breaking ceremony for Las Vegas’ Ronald McDonald House.

Soon after, I received an exciting offer from one of the House’s board members, Tony Bonnici, who asked me to join his company, Lotus Broadcasting Group, as Promotions Director for 97.1 The Point. Over the next 16 years I spread my wings by working on promotions for the radio station group, overseeing marketing campaigns, community involvement and being part of the team that created the Las Vegas Sports Radio Network with ESPN, FOX Sports, NBC Sports and many collegiate and professional sports teams.

My rich journey has led me to Quillin, where I get to work with a group of dedicated individuals that are passionate, creative and committed to delivering the results our clients need. Being a part of the Quillin culture is something I look forward to each time I step into our office.

I didn’t know a single person in Las Vegas when I arrived in 1989. The fact that I have developed relationships with so many wonderful people and I am a part of the fabric of this amazing community means the world to me. Currently, I’m honored to serve on the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas’ Community Relations Committee and the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame Board.

When I’m home, I’m happy curling up on the couch with a big bowl of popcorn to share with my Shiba Inu, Wrigley. I also have a passion for music that began when I was a little girl. I have been involved in church and school choirs, musical theatre and I’m always singing loudly at home over big stereo speakers.

Cue applause please…
