Gaming professionals from around the globe took part in G2E 2019 this past October. From unveiling new slot products and technologies to new innovations in casino couture, the expo had something for everyone.

E-Sports– It's no longer the next frontier in gaming, it has arrived. With virtually all casino operators interested in how to monetize the newest craze to major gaming companies offering some e-sport technology – e-sports will continue to grow in the Las Vegas market, and beyond.

The Millennial Market – With baby boomers continuing to age, casinos have been quick to try and find gaming options that appeal to millennials. It would seem interactive games might be a key to that market. Gamblit Gaming unveiled new Pacman and Cookie Jam Blast Games that allow interactive gaming play, which they (and others) are betting on appealing to the younger gaming customer.

Casino Uniforms Have Gone Couture – Cintas always puts on a good show at G2E, but this year’s casino couture fashion show might be their best. With casinos continually looking for ways to differentiate themselves from competitors, upscale employee uniforms seem to be the go-to for a quick and impactful rebranding.

The gaming industry and I await what new things 2020 will bring.
